Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, if you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at info@natoursardinia.com, indicating your order number and the products you wish to return.
Return Conditions

Products must be returned in a condition that preserves their integrity and full functionality.

Returning items in their original packaging is recommended, but not mandatory.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of errors or defective items attributable to the seller.

Once we have received and checked the returned products, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or tailor-made products (e.g., ID cards with the diving school’s logo), in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
